BAC2016flyer2015 was a big year for the Broadway Artists Connection.  We completed our first full Open Mic Series that culminated on Dec. 13th with our BAC ALL STARS Benefit.  We raised funds for Broadway Cares, Equity Fights Aids, connected and provided a stage for more artists than any other year and established our organization as an official 501c3 nonprofit.

This year we have even bigger plans.  We want the power of our connection to reach & help more people so we are hosting 6 Open Mics (dates listed on Flyer above) and our All Stars Event Nov. 14th will benefit Creative Arts Team Youth Theatre, who provide FREE theatre programming to inner city teens.

If you haven’t been to an event, what happens is truly magical.  Broadway Artists get to take risks the commercial world does not always encourage and share their newest works with our audience; aspiring artists get to take the stage along side the pros, get exposure and find mentors; connections are made leading to job opportunities and we are able to donate funds to a charity that helps those less fortunate than ourselves.  We are about artists, helping artists and it’s happening!

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation (nothing is too small) to show your support of the Broadway Artists Connection so we can continue to make a difference in the lives of artists and those in need.

There are also many ways you can be involved in BAC.  Save the dates and come support us by enjoying an event!  Offer your talents and sign up to sing.  Join our volunteer committee. Sponsor an event or our season.  All inquiries can go to info@broadwayconnects.org

Thank you for your support.  Hope to see you soon at our new home, the Laurie Beechman Theatre on 42nd Street!

With gratitude,

Tamlyn Brooke Orlando
